UMass Dartmouth Chancellor Dr. Jean MacCormack and former New Bedford Mayor Scott W. Lang were honored Saturday as part of commencement exercises at Bridgewater State University.
MacCormack, who is retiring next month, received an honorary doctor of public education degree and Lang was awarded BSU’s distinguished service award.
